The Role
Working within a team and reporting to the Estimating Manager, the role largely involves preparing tenders/full estimate on multi-unit medium-high density developments, including civils & earthworks
Key background below:
* 6 + years of residential estimating experience within density residential, knowledge of walk-ups/apartments in addition to terraced housing preferred.
* Tertiary qualified with a Diploma/Bachelors degree in CM/QSing
* Top communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
* Strong financial nous, excellent pricing systems skills, high attention to detail
* Strong understanding and knowledge of various Building Estimating and Management Software
* Deadline driven
